From working on Emmy award winning TV talk shows to supporting small businesses for the City of New York to creating large scale events for Microsoft and pivoting during covid lockdowns and selling millions in software/hardware. Erol Bal has lived and breathed a growth mindset and continues to win awards for his achievements and is relentless for his next opportunity.

Erol has run over a dozen half marathons and has finished two NYC Marathons (2016 & 2019) He currently resides in West Orange, NJ and is married to his wife Arbena for over 13 years and has an energetic 6 yr old daughter Diellza and volunteers as a soccer coach for the Little Kickers Mountain Top League.

May 18th, 2024 -  after 4 yrs hiatus due to injury and chasing a toddler, I successfully completed my 20th half marathon  and my sixth Brooklyn Half. Training for this race wasn't easy, I spent more time on a treadmill than a road but regardless of the weather, I went out and ran and LISTENED to my body this time. Finish time: 2:45:58 (grateful for having the health to keep on going)
